Thank you for shopping at TorontoHobbyStore.com. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

– You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

– The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

– Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 7 days of delivery (with photos).


2. Non-Returnable Items

– Gift cards

– Downloadable digital products

– Certain health, hygiene, or personal-use items where the seal is opened (for safety reasons)


3. How to Start a Return


  1. Email torontohobbystore@gmail.com with your:
    – Full name
    – Order number
    – Item(s) you want to return
    – Reason for return
    – Photos if the item is damaged or defective
  2. We will reply with approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address we provide.



4. Return Shipping Costs

– If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover or credit reasonable return shipping.

– If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.

– Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

– Shipping charges are non-refundable.

– Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.


6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, style, or replacement, contact us by email. In some cases, it may be faster to return the item and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

– First check your bank or credit card statement.

– Then contact your bank or card issuer, as there may be a processing delay.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
